THOGAYAL – DIFFERENT VEGs.

THOGAYAL

Fry  : urad dal (half cup) & red chilly (3 nos.) in 2 spoons oil, then add the vegetable to be made & wetgrind with salt, hing & small pinch of tamarind.

No tempering in this.

Vegetables are: (use any one at a time)

Onion

Tomato

Brinjal

Peerkangai

Coconut with curry leaves & ginger

Corriander leaves

Red pumpkin
