CARROT HALWA

ITEMS REQUIRED:
Carrot 1 kg
Milk 1 ½ lt
Ghee 3 tbsp
Sugar 150 gm
Dry fruits as you wish
METHOD:
Wash and scrap the carrots.
Heat ghee in kadai, add scrapped carrots, sauté for 15 to 20 minutes in sim gas.
Add milk, keep stirring in between.
Once cooked, add sugar, mix well and allow to cook together till ghee starts separating
Fry dry fruits in remaining ghee and add to halwa.
