You may wonder why at all such a simple dish is posted, but this bajji which I tasted in my flat friend’s party was excellent and find below how:
Besan(kadalai mavu) 1 cup
Rice flour 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
Chilli powder 1 spoon
Salt as required
Cooking oil as required for frying
- Cut onions into thin slices.
- Mix dough with items mentioned above, adding required water.
- Heat oil, dip each slice of onion in dough, drop in oil, turn side and take out once golden.
