bundi raitha


Curd                                       1 big bowl

Boondi                                  1 ½ tbsp.

Salt                                         as required

Cumin powder                 ½ spoon

(Roasted and Powdered )           


  • Add salt and cumin powder to curd and mix well.
  • Boondi can be prepared at home or bought from outside.
  • (if you want to prepare at home, please refer my laddu recipe).
  • Soak boondi in water for 10 minutes, take out and add to raita.
  • Enjoy this simple and tasty raita.
