RADDISH CURRY-2
ITEMS REQUIRED:
Raddish 3 big
Carrot 1
Onion 2
Coconut-scrapped ¼ cup
Curry leaf 1 strip
Chilly powder 1 spoon
Salt as required
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Mustard little
Urad dal little
METHOD:
- Wash and cut raddish and carrot into small pieces.
- Chop the onions.
- Heat oil, add mustard and urad dal.
- Add curry leaves and onion.
- Once half done, add the vegetables, salt, chilly powder, mix well, sprinkle water and close with lid.
- Once it is fully merged and cooked well, add coconut and switch off.
