ITEMS REQUIRED:

1. URAD DAL                           1 CUP

2. CHANNA DAL                    3/4 CUP

3. RED CHILLY                       10

4. SALT                                       AS REQUIRED

5. HING                                     1/4 SPOON

METHOD:

Fry items 1 , 2  & 3 in one spoon oil in kadai till golden and allow it till it is warm.  Dry grind in mixie with salt & hing.  Serve mixing with gingelly oil while eating.
