HEALTHY RED DOSA

ITEMS REQUIRED:
Red rice 1 cup
Red aval(poha) ½ cup
Buttermilk as required to make the batter(no water to be added while grinding)
Red chilly 3 to 4
Jeera 1 spoon
Salt as required
Coriander leaf as you wish
Cooking oil as required to prepare the dosas
METHOD:

Soak rice and aval for 4 hours and grind with red chilies, jeera and salt.

The consistency should be like adai batter, may be little thinner.

Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

No need to ferment, you can prepare instantly since you have made it with buttermilk and not water.

Prepare like normal dosas.

In case you are not able to turn the dosa comfortably, add 2 to 3 spoons of rice flour else no need.

Very healthy dosa, extremely tasty.
