RIBBON PAKODA

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Besan                        1 cup

Rice flour               1 cup

Chilly powder     2 spoons

Salt                           as required

Hing                          ¼ spoon

Butter or ghee    1 spoon

Cooking oil          as required

METHOD:

  • Mix all items (except oil) adding water little by little to a dough of consistency as shown in photo.
  • Heat oil In kadai, fill dough in the press (shown in photo) and prepare ribbon pakoda, as you normally prepare other snacks.
