Besan(kadalai mavu) 1 cup
Rice flour ¼ cup
Chilly powder 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Hing liberal pinch
Cooking oil as required for frying
- Mix besan, rice flour, chilly powder, salt and hing with water to bajji batter consistency.
- Wash and cut capsicum into 1 inch square pieces.
- Heat oil in kadai, dip the piece into dough and drop in oil , turn side and fry golden.
