CORIANDER LEAF PACHADI
ITEMS REQUIRED:
Coriander leaf 1 bunch
Curd 1 big cup
Green chilly 2
Salt as required
Hing pinch
Coconut oil 1 spoon
Mustard for tempering
METHOD:
- Clean coriander leaf in usual way, grind as a chutney with green chilies, salt and hing.
- Add the above paste to curd, mix well.
- Temper with mustard in coconut oil.
Is it? Good idea, interesting way to add oats in our dish.
This will be very nice!! For other pachadis where you require coconut we can dry roast one or two spoons of oats and grind it along with other ingredients and it tastes really good..
