ITEMS REQUIRED:

Basmati rice                        ¾ cup

Jeera                                        2 spoons

Salt                                            as required

Coriander leaves              small quantity

Ghee/oil                                 2 tbsp

METHOD:

  • Cook basmati rice with 1 ½ cups water.
  • Spread in a broad bowl.
  • Heat oil/ghee  in kadai, add jeera & salt .
  • Mix well with rice , adding finely cut coriander leaves.

Tastes very good with potato spicy curry.
