JEERA RICE
ITEMS REQUIRED:
Basmati rice ¾ cup
Jeera 2 spoons
Salt as required
Coriander leaves small quantity
Ghee/oil 2 tbsp
METHOD:
- Cook basmati rice with 1 ½ cups water.
- Spread in a broad bowl.
- Heat oil/ghee in kadai, add jeera & salt .
- Mix well with rice , adding finely cut coriander leaves.
