MANGO MILK SHAKE

ITEMS REQUIRED:
Ripe mango 1
Milk 2 cups
Sugar 2 to 3 spoons(depending on sweetness of mango)
Vanilla essence powder pinch(optional)
Elachi powder liberal pinch
Saffron stands few(optional)-half for blending and half for garnishing.
METHOD:
- Wash & peel off skin of mango, cut into pieces of any shape and size.
- Transfer to mixie, add milk, elachi powder and sugar to it.
- Add water if you feel it to be thick.
- Add optional items(if at all you want to enhance the taste).
- Blend well and garnish with saffron strands(normally I don’t do it, here I have done it for photo, you can decide it according to your taste).
- Serve with or without ice cubes.
