SIMPLE METHU VADA
Urad dal 1 big cup
Green chilly 4 or 5
Salt as required
Hing liberal pinch
Curry leaf 1 strip
Cooking oil required for frying
- Wash and soak urad dal for an hour.
- Drain water completely, grind with salt, green chilies and hing.
- Add curry leaves and mix well.
- Heat oil in kadai, make ball of the dough, flatten in a thick plastic sheet, make hole at centre , drop in oil without breaking.
- Turn side, take out once golden.
