Besan(kadalai mavu) 1 cup
Rice flour ½ cup
Salt as required
Ghee 1 spoon
Onion 1 big
Green chilly 3
Curry leaf or coriander leaf as required
Cooking oil required for frying
- Chop onion, green chilies and curry/coriander leaves finely.
- Mix all items (except oil) with water as a dough shown in pic.
- Heat oil in kadai, make small unshaped balls of dough, drop in oil, turn side, take out once golden.
Simple and very tasty evening time snack.
