ORANGE PINEAPPLE JUICE

This recipe is to prepare 2 big glasses of juice.
ITEMS REQUIRED:

Orange                                     2
Pineapple round cuts     4 (see pic)
Dates syrup                           1 spoon
Sugar                                        2 spoons
Water                                        as required

METHOD:

• Peel off skin of orange and remove seeds (if any) and transfer to mixie.
• Wash the pineapple cuts and add to mixie.
• Add sugar, dates syrup, required water and blend well.
• Enjoy with or without ice.
