COCONUT CHUTNEY-NEW
ITEMS REQUIRED:
For grinding:
Coconut scrapped 1 cup
Fried gram ¼ cup
Green chilly 2 to 3
Red chilly 2
Ginger 1 inch piece
Garlic pod 2
Small onion 1-big sized
Curry leaf 4 to 5
Tamarind small pinch
Hing liberal pinch
Salt as required
For tempering:
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Mustard ¼ spoon
Split urad dal little(optional)
Curry leaf 2 to 3
METHOD:

Wet grind all items mentioned under “for grinding” adding required water little by little.

Do tempering using items mentioned under “for tempering”.

Very, very tasty and healthy chutney is ready, goes well with idly and dosa.
