OATS-RAGI DOSA
ITEMS REQUIRED:
Oats(powdered) 1 cup
Ragi flour 1 cup
Buttermilk ¾ cup
Salt as required
Green chilly 2
Hing liberal pinch
Curry leaf few
METHOD:
- Powder the oats.(then measure in cup).
- Wash and chop green chilies and curry leaves.
- Mix all items(without lumps) adding required water to dosa batter consistency.
- Wait for 5 to 10 minutes and prepare like normal dosas.
