OATS-RAGI DOSA

oats-ragi dosa

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Oats(powdered)              1 cup

Ragi flour                             1 cup

Buttermilk                           ¾ cup

Salt                                         as required

Green chilly                        2

Hing                                       liberal pinch

Curry leaf                            few

METHOD:

  • Powder the oats.(then measure in cup).
  • Wash and chop green chilies and curry leaves.
  • Mix all items(without lumps) adding required water to dosa batter consistency.
  • Wait for 5 to 10 minutes and prepare like normal dosas.

we enjoy this dosa with ginger-curry leaf thogayal.
